We are really pleased with the outcome! Everything looks great. The installers were professional and friendly. They were informative and answered any questions I had which was not many. The temps were pushing 100 and they worked steady with no complaints. They left a clean worksite when they were finished. Only one misstep on Valens part. I had both the garage and the Revaflex scheduled for the same day. This had been confirmed by 2 emails, 1 text and a phone call 3 days prior to the install. All initiated by Valen. On the day of the install, only the garage crew showed up. Without a call, text or e-mail, the Revaflex install had been moved to the next day. I had to contact Valen to find out about this change. I understand schedules change, which is fine. My issue was the lack of communication since I had taken the day off.

Great experience all around. From the initial visit to evaluate Tex did a quick and thorough estimate and gave me a great advertisement discount. 2 technicians that did the installation were Knowledgeable, punctual, easy to talk to and the job looks great. Did a great job with the domino flake placement on floor and trim vertical ledge. Very thorough cleanup also. Would definitely recommend. In a newly built neighborhood and several neighbors came by and very impressed and interested in Valen.

We had Valen Concrete Coatings come out during the process of purchasing our home, and from start to finish the experience was fantastic. The sales rep was personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process while showing us samples. We were impressed enough to book on the spot, and they got us scheduled very quickly. When a family emergency forced us to reschedule, they were incredibly accommodating and had us back on the calendar just two days later. Everyone we worked with from the receptionist to the installation crew was professional, friendly, and great to work with. The crew arrived on time, walked us through everything, did an amazing job, and left the area spotless when they were finished. While the cost was a little higher than we initially planned, it was absolutely worth it. The finished garage looks sleek, clean, and completely transformed. Travis came early afternoon and took measurements, explained the process, and worked to an acceptable price. He answered all my questions and set dates for a two part job. Easy-peasy company to work with. Edits coming after the job gets done.✅
I recently decided to have my patio, front entry and garage floors coated. Nick came out and gave me a very detailed presentation. He explained the entire process and provided me a realistic and reasonable cost break down the process and time line. As an aside I needed temporary storage and Nick provided me with a contact that worked out perfectly (VETS, Veterans Easy Trash Service, in a separate Review). The process was scheduled for two separate days. The patio and front entry were done on one day and the garage on another. The team I was fortunate to get was Eddie and Anthony. They are both hard working, friendly professionals who take great pride in their work. They answered all of my questions and were meticulous in application of the coatings and the clean up. Gratefully, I was able to get them back to do the garage floor. I'm very pleased with the final product and the craftsmanship, as are my neighbors. I most highly recommend Valen Concrete Coatings and especially Nick, Eddie and Anthony - GREAT JOB!!

I was never sure about coating concrete. My boss did his first. Once I seen it I liked it. Nick came to the house and just nudged me the rest of the way. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained the answer to every question I had. The job is beautiful. My porches had a complete make over to cover up the ugly concrete that wouldn’t cone clean. And lifetime warranty I mean you can’t beat that. Only regret is not going ahead and doing my garage at the same time. Great people. Honest. And very clean. I will be calling them again to do more.

After recent water damage, we decided to remove the carpet from our rec room (closed in garage). We contacted Valen requesting an estimate on crack repair and seal. Mason arrived the following day and throughly explained the process and products, provided a quote, and linked us up with Danny, their project manager. Communication with Danny was outstanding and an install date was set. (Mason also referred us to a third party who we hired to move furniture appliances and remove carpet/stripping and haul off. Installers Mike and Cole arrived early and did an outstanding job..true professionals!! Valen by far is a 5 star company.

Plus, we went with the lowest bidder on a back porch extension resulting in a poorly finished slab of concrete. The guys showed up on time on the day scheduled. The new finishes look great! It was a pleasure dealing with Mason he came out, gave us an estimate for the back patio. Explained the procedure to us and what the benefits were and we picked out the color of our choice. Got a call from Danny to set up an appointment to get the work done. Danny called the day before to confirm the appointment was still good to go . Two guys showed up promptly the next morning . Both Cole and Mike were very meticulous and thorough preparing concrete surface. Cleaning and vacuuming along the way I don’t think they left a crumb on the deck they were that thorough. He answered all my initial questions and was able to work with my schedule to set an appointment that was good for me. Technicians, Eddie, Ethan, and Tyler arrived on schedule. We wanted to protect the concrete in our new garage. We wanted something with a little color and slip resistance. Mason came out and talked to us about our options. We chose the color that we wanted and the texture and got an appointment set up. They came out and got it taken care of in a day and this was a 24' X 36' garage. These guys did a great job from start to finish. Very happy with our decision to use them for our new garage floor.

We received other quotes and not only was Concrete Coatings the most responsive and patient with our questions, they delivered a beautiful product with the best price anywhere! The team was so friendly and did it all in one day! We had to store two refrigerators in the storage closet to keep the food safe so he said they’d come back and do that closet for us if we wanted! We get to walk on it today and put everything back on Sunday! I need to find before pics but the end result is fantastic and looks better than we could have imagined!!! We are going to paint the walls and cabinets this weekend because you can’t have that gorgeous floor with mismatched cabinets!! Highly recommend Concrete Coatings!!

We recently had a beautiful concrete coating put down on patio under our new deck and outside of our walkout basement. Originally we wanted concrete overlay in a stone type of design. This was so much more affordable and it looks better. Plus they had to do some patching on the existing concrete before. They also came out to do estimate same day and even though very busy was able to get our small project in quickly. I highly recommend.

Over two years ago I heard about Concrete Coatings and contacted them for an estimate. They came out measure my garage floor and gave me an estimate I picked my color combination and they were quick to get out here and get it done. The floor looks amazing and even after two years it looks as good as it did the day they put it down. It is durable and beautiful at the same time! I do not know any one of Concrete Coatings personally and this is not a paid or review. I am so happy with the outcome that I want others to know this is a straight up legitimate business! I contacted these guys to get a free estimate on refinishing our garage floor. Jeff Seidel came out (When he said he would) and gave me a fair estimate. He also explained the whole process. I had, years before tried to do the floor myself years previously. Looked ok for a couple of weeks when it started flaking up. Update: it's been almost 2 years and our garage floors look like they were just done! No chipping, fading, nothing! Just beautiful. Since having ours done several of my neighbors have had theirs done too! We agreed on a price and scheduled the work. His crew came precisely on the day and time! They use a huge machine that grinds the cement (this is the key). Within 5 hours I had the most beautiful floor in the neighborhood! Most everyone that visits our home come through the garage, now they oww & ahh when they see it! I recommend you give Jeff a call and schedule your estimate.

He came out, viewed the cracked concrete mess that we had and provided an estimate for less than 1/3 the cost of tile, and within 3 weeks had a beautiful, smooth (relative to the rough weathered concrete) but textured enough that kids will not slip and bust it!! We decided on concrete coatings to resurface our patio area. The company did great, professional work even though they had to return for a second day to complete the job. Dan, my sales rep was professional, not pushy and was very patient with us during our decision making process. Danny who called for our scheduling seemed very distracted while on the phone with me, and told me I would receive a call from him the Friday before our scheduled date “Monday” to confirm the date, so I could remove all of my furniture and grills off the patio. I never received this call and I decided to call Dan “the sales rep” Sunday afternoon to see if the weather would allow our work to get done. He confirmed the job and I spent Sunday evening moving furniture. Not a big deal, but I would prefer having clear, timely communication during jobs like this, Between Danny seeming distracted and not following up to let me know if we were a go for the install, and being told it was a 1 day job “that my wife took off of work to be here for” and ended up being 2 days which she had to leave work to make payment we just seemed a little “put out”. Communicating the possibilities of these issues up front would have been very much appreciated and we could have expected some changes. During the install the crew that was here was very professional, left with the back yard just as they found it, no dust or debris left behind which was great!! They returned Tuesday morning and completed the job and it looks fantastic. I definitely plan to use concrete coatings again on other projects I have in the future. I would recommend this company to friends and relatives as well, because they do great work and clean up after themselves.

Happy is an understatement... They finished Thursday and now is move in time. They finished my basement area which consists of 2 bedrooms, laundry room, and hallway... Have to say I’m absolutely impressed with how my back porch turned out. These guys came in, cleaned it all up, fixed a couple of spots, and then coated my concrete with the “beach” color scheme we picked. Only took a few hours too. It even rained heavily right after they finished and they came out a couple of days later to refinish the sealer because it didn’t have enough time to dry on the original install date. Thanks so much…looks amazing, feels good to walk on with your bare feet, and it so easy to clean and blow yard debris off of too. Have to say the crew that came out were great dudes too, very respectful and nice to talk to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great product, great price, and everyone I spoke with was very easy to work with. Only thing preventing 5 stars is the guarantee. The product manufacturer will provide replacement material if there is a problem within 15 years; however, as written, Concrete Coatings' base contract excludes any warrantee on the actual installation or labor to correct any problems down the road (unless it is specifically added to the contract). They were quick to write a letter guaranteeing me a warrantee on the installation and coverage to correct any issues if needed...so just make sure you get this added to contract before signing.
Can’t say enough about the work ethic and professionalism of Cole and Doug. Two of the hardest working young men I’ve seen in years. Not only were they a good team but I was impressed with the thoroughness of each one doing separate tasks. In addition they both were very courteous and patient in answering my questions about the process even though my constant presence probably bothered them. I lived with cracked, crumbling, chunks missing from my front porch for years. We wanted to sell our house and caught an ad on Instagram and checked them out. Within 10 day I had a whole new front porch that I wish I did years before to enjoy it. The inspector who did the home inspection on the house loved what we did and wanted to know who did it, so he could suggest to his clients and for his house. I will use at my new house after we get settled in. Call them and discuss what you need and they will help you to get it done.
I’m extremely happy with my coated concrete flooring. The team coated three areas, with the three different colors that I had chosen, in one day. While all of the areas were ready for foot traffic after only 24-hours, I followed the recommendation of not parking a vehicle in the garage for 48-hours. After seeing my coated surfaces, my neighbors are now talking about getting their concrete areas coated. This was a good decision and one that I would gladly make again. I couldn't be more pleased with how well our garage floor turned out! This is the icing on the cake and you can't leave off the icing, right? David worked with us to come up with exactly the color we wanted. The thing is we didn't know what we wanted, but David got made it happen for us. It's gorgeous.
