Polyurea/Polyaspartic floor coatings are similar to epoxy in appearance and application process, but are much more durable and offer many benefits. Polyaspartic floors are up to four times more durable than epoxy, making them a preferred choice for many flooring projects.
Polyurea/Polyaspartic floors are highly durable and scratch, stain, and chemical resistant. Protect your floors and prevent further damage by installing a polyurea/polyaspartic coating.
Polyaspartic coatings are non-porous, making them easy to keep clean. They require only sweeping and occasional mopping to maintain. The first step to any floor coating project is prepping the surface. This may involve minimal grinding to ensure the polyaspartic coating bonds with the concrete. If you have any damage that needs to be repaired before installation, we may be able to fix that during this step.
After prep work is complete, we will add a tinted polyurea basecoat. Decorative elements such as colorful chips are added after the basecoat is applied. We then scrape and vacuum the floor to ensure a smooth surface for the topcoat.
After installation is complete, we will add a clear UV stable topcoat of polyaspartic polyurea. This will seal your new floors and give them a finished, polished look.
